Creating an Account
How can I create an account?
It's easy! Just click the "log in" link on the top right corner of the boatify.me page.
You can use your facebook/Google+ account to automatically connect with the boatify website/app.
Don't feel like using social media? Just register with your first name, last name and e-mail address.


Booking & Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, if you can't make it due to unforseen circumstances, we guarantee a full refund within 5 working days of your request. All bookings need to be cancelled via e-mail to ahoi@boatify.me. We accept all cancelation requests up to 2 hours before your scheduled cruise departure.
If you cancel your booking less than 2 hours before the actual cruise departure, the entire ticket price will be charged.


Can I change my booking?
We're here to help- just e-mail us at ahoi@boatify.me and we'll be happy to assist you with any changes.


Do I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes, once you confirm your credit card details and hit "pay", you will find a booking confirmation inside your profile and receive an automated e-mail straight to your inbox.


Credit Card Payment
Can I only pay with credit card?
Yes. Our payment process is in place to provide safe and transparent transactions worldwide. Our aim is to make your boatify experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, and by accepting all major credit cards and pre-authorizing payments, you are free to hop on board without worrying about anything but enjoying yourself to the fullest.
Our payment transactions are handled by 'Stripe' -an industry leading secure paywall utilizing the latest in military-grade encryption.

Why should I use the boatify App instead of the website?
Our app ensures streamlined access to all things boatify! Make use of our built in member chat, and stay up to date with the latest news and developments from the boatify team.

Where can I find the App?
Simply go to ios.boatify.me or search for boatify in the App Store.


Does boatify also feature an Android App?
We are working on releasing an Android App version very soon. Stay tuned for its release.


Package Rentals
Can I rent entire boats from boatify?
Yes you can. If you don't find what you're looking for on the website, please send us your request to ahoi@boatify.me

I have a boating license- can I rent boats without a captain and skipper myself?
Yes you can. We have access to a fleet of boats on the lake of Zürich, and are happy to help you find exactly what you need


Individual Rental Requests
How can I book personalised cruise offers that can't be found on the App or Website?
E-mail us at ahoi@boatify.me and we'll be more than happy to support you in offering a unique and tailormade cruise.


Passengers with Disabilities
At boatify, our goal is to provide access to boats for everybody. However, the realities of boat travel necessitate a certain amount of balance and physical capability in order to avoid potential injury. Please contact us at ahoi@boatify.me to discuss available options. We will do everything in our power to accomodate our guests.


Insurance Is the boat owner and captain covered with appropriate insurance?
Yes, all our boats are registered as rental boats and are correctly insured according to local and international law. If private boats are used, we also make sure owners are covered with appropriate insurance packages.
